About the Vessel
Where Intimacy Meets the Open Sea
The Blue Lagoon is a 43-foot private catamaran purpose-built for small, exclusive groups who want something beyond a standard day tour. Four private cabins, each with its own full en-suite bathroom. A complete onboard kitchen. A shaded outdoor dining room that seats your entire group of up to 14 in comfort.
This is the vessel Los Cabos’ most discerning guests choose when they want a private yacht experience — not a tour with strangers, not a rushed itinerary, but a genuine escape. Couples celebrating milestones, families wanting space and privacy, groups for whom comfort is non-negotiable.
The Blue Lagoon is available for half-day tours, full-day charters, and multi-day overnight adventures. Whatever you have in mind, we’ll make it happen on the water.
On Board
A Private Yacht. Not a Tour Boat.
Most day-charter vessels in Los Cabos offer a single shared bathroom and a cooler of beer. The Blue Lagoon was built to a different standard — one that matches what guests of One & Only Palmilla or Esperanza actually expect when they step off the property and onto the water.

Available Experiences
What You Can Do Aboard the Blue Lagoon
Intimate by design. Watch the sun drop behind the Pacific from the Blue Lagoon’s shaded deck — cocktail in hand, your group of up to 14, no strangers ever.

December through April, humpback and gray whales pass through the corridor. The Blue Lagoon’s intimate scale means every guest has an unobstructed view.
Anniversaries, proposals, small family getaways, fishing days, or overnight escapes. Up to 14 guests, full kitchen, four private cabins. Your vision, our execution.

The Overnight Experience
Wake Up Anchored Off the Arch.
The Blue Lagoon’s four private cabins — each with its own full bathroom — make it the only vessel in the Sail Baja Adventures fleet suited for overnight and multi-day charters. Most guests who have done it say it’s the single most memorable thing they’ve done in Los Cabos.
Picture waking up anchored off the Arch as the sun rises over Baja. Breakfast prepared in the full kitchen. A full day on the water ahead with no schedule, no hotel checkout, and no one else on board but your group and the crew.

Frequently Asked Questions
About the Blue Lagoon
How many guests can the Blue Lagoon hold?+
The Blue Lagoon accommodates up to 14 guests on a fully private charter basis. This smaller capacity is intentional — it’s what makes the Blue Lagoon feel like a private yacht rather than a tour boat. Every guest has space to breathe, a seat at the outdoor dining table, and the crew’s full attention throughout the experience.
What makes the Blue Lagoon different from the Zig Zag?+
Where the Zig Zag is built for larger groups of up to 30, the Blue Lagoon is designed for intimate gatherings of up to 14. The key distinction is the Blue Lagoon’s live-aboard configuration: four private cabins each with a full en-suite bathroom, a complete onboard kitchen, and a shaded outdoor dining room. This makes it ideal for couples, small families, and anyone who wants the full private yacht experience — not just a sailing tour, but a floating sanctuary.
Does the Blue Lagoon have bathrooms on board?+
Yes — four of them, each private and en-suite within its own cabin. This is one of the features that sets the Blue Lagoon apart from the vast majority of day-charter vessels in Los Cabos, which typically share a single head among all guests. Onboard comfort is never a concern aboard the Blue Lagoon.
Can we do an overnight trip on the Blue Lagoon?+
The Blue Lagoon’s four private cabins with full bathrooms and a complete kitchen make it exceptionally well-suited for overnight and multi-day charters. Imagine waking up anchored off the Arch at sunrise, breakfast prepared on board, and nothing on the agenda but the sea. Contact us directly to discuss itineraries and availability for extended charters.
Is food and drink included?+
Every tour aboard the Blue Lagoon includes gourmet snacks, fresh seasonal fruit, and a full bar with beer, wine, sodas, and water. The onboard kitchen allows for fully catered experiences on private and extended charters — custom menus, dietary accommodations, and premium bar packages available on request. Our crew handles all service so your group stays focused on the experience.
What tours can I do on the Blue Lagoon?+
The Blue Lagoon is available for sunset sailing, snorkeling at Pelican Rock and Lover’s Beach, seasonal whale watching (December–April), moonlight sails, fishing excursions, and fully custom private charters including overnight trips. We can also combine experiences based on your group’s preferences — a morning snorkel followed by a leisurely lunch at anchor and a sunset return, for example.
Where does the Blue Lagoon depart from?+
The Blue Lagoon departs from Cabo San Lucas Marina, Dock F — the same central departure point as all Sail Baja Adventures experiences. Easy to reach, with parking nearby. After booking, we send detailed meeting instructions so everything is clear and stress-free on the day of your sail.
Your Private Sanctuary Awaits.
